If you would like to have GUSTDOIT consider or publish your stories, ideas, questions, comments and/or other content (a "Submission") for its upcoming book, please read these Terms of Submission.

The opinions you hear and the answers you receive to your submissions are solely the opinions of Elliot Krasnow and/or his advisors, collaborators and editors. Mr. Krasnow's opinions and those of his advisors, collaborators, or editors do not reflect the opinions of any specific publisher.

You understand that your business decisions are your sole decision and responsibility. While Mr. Krasnow and/or his advisors, collaborators, or editors may discuss with you specific business ideas based on the limited interaction and limited amount of information that they are able to elicit from you, you understand that their advice is of a general nature, that they are not aware of the specifics of your situation, and that you should not make business decisions based solely on Mr. Krasnow's advice and of his advisors, collaborators, or editors.

If you make a Submission, and if we decide to use your Submission in our book, you agree that we may use your full name in the book. By sending us your Submission you do not create a confidential relationship or obligation of secrecy between you and GUSTDOIT, and by making a Submission, you are granting GUSTDOIT permission to contact you regarding your Submission.  Also, you understand your Submission may have similarities to those of others.

By making a Submission, you are also granting GUSTDOIT a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, unrestricted, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right and license to use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display or perform, reproduce, edit, modify, translate and reformat your Submission (in whole or in part) worldwide in any form of media or technology now known or later developed or invented. You also represent and warrant 1) that you are at least 21 years old and 2) that your Submission does not violate the rights of any other person or entity. You will not receive any compensation for your Submission or for granting any of these rights. GUSTDOIT is not obligated to use your Submission or to mention your name.

These Terms of Submission and the Terms of Service of GUSTDOIT constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces any and all agreements or communications of any kind between you and GUSTDOIT or anyone associated with GUSTDOIT, and they can't be modified or waived except in writing and unless properly signed.

If you agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Submission and the Terms of Service of GUSTDOIT, then return your Submission to us by reply email. If you don't agree, don't send us a Submission. GUSTDOIT will take any Submission by you as an agreement to these Terms of Submission.
